Overview

In the course of our business we regularly are asked for introductions to great Executive Coaches who can work with individual business managers and leaders in a work context to help them clarify their specific objectives and developing a strategy that will help them achieve those goals.

To support these requests we are always seeking to add to our network of world-class coaches that we can work with to introduce to our clients.  To join our network you should be experienced and skilled at helping executives challenge and alter their thinking so that they can step-change their performance.

 

We look for coaches that identify with our team’s values, data-driven mindset, modern, tech-savvy and dynamic hands-on approach.

Specialism & Experience

Our clients typically look for an Executive Coach who can engage with them in person and by video-conference. They typically have a specific topic they are looking to get help with, and look for a coach with relevant specialism:

  • Leadership self-awareness

  • Confidence & self-esteem

  • Public speaking & presence

  • Priorities, focus, goal-definition & productivity

  • Career management

  • Work-life balance

Additionally our clients ideally look for a coach who has direct experience in the same type of contextual experience as them, such as:

  • Multinational corporate

  • Start-up & Tech company

  • Female executive leadership

  • Small & Medium business owner

  • Not-for-profit organization

  • Board & Chairperson roles

 

While the name might suggest exclusively working with executives, executive coaches may work with mid-level managers and other employees as well. 

 

There are no formal academic requirements, however most Executive Coaches have a business background, MBA and some mentoring experience. This role is not compensated directly by 818 Enterprises; and no network listing or introductory fee is charged by 818 Enterprises.
