Using our world-leading 360 approach, your team self-assesses it's current effectiveness across a range of dimensions including strategy, structure, styles, shared values and sense of purpose. Through these, they gain a qualitative understanding of their level of trust, collaborative conflict models, commitment levels, and overall results focus.

1) FAST-START FORMATION
This workshop helps teams form and perform quickly. This unique program challenges teams through shared challenges to learn about one another and quickly build shared purpose, effective environment, clarify roles, understand communication styles and bond through challenges. The customized program can be completed in 1/2 day to 4 day formats.
This dynamic team-building experience helps a team explore and create the conditions for success. Learning to build from a foundation of trust, and then having productive conflict, and ultimately flexing styles this experiential program accelerates team-working with immediate impact. The program is offered in 1/2 day to 4 day formats.
We can provide your team with ongoing coaching to accelerate performance, learning, and change. We provide both general team and 1-to-1 team leader coaching:
Accelerate your team’s learning, agility, and performance through general teamwork coaching. We help your team with focus, accountability and sustaining change. Through 8-12 sessions over a 4-6 month period, this team coaching program holds team members accountable to their teamwork commitments and further accelerates long-term development and impact.
Our one-to-one team manager coaching service is a customized approach to accelerating performance, innovation, and agility by using different leadership styles. Over 8-12 sessions (4-6 months), the leader engages in a process of intentional change that builds capacity and helps them master the 7 levels of leadership.
ACCELERATED TEAM-BUILDING APPROACH
We believe that structuring specific learning experiences for people and helping them to reflect on them to build better learning is always the best approach. This ‘experiential learning’ is characterized by less theoretical learning or lecturing by 'experts', and more practical, personal learning that comes from the individual insights from those involved in structured experiences, activities or even games!
We use over 200 different 2+ hour experiential challenges that have been tried and tested at the world's top companies, sports teams, and business schools to develop specific aspects of individual and collective team-work. These come in five types which are combined to fit your team's unique development situation: Physical, Mental, Real-World, Mystery and Adventure.

TEAM-BUILDING & THE 2 PIZZA RULE
We believe that if a team cannot be fed by two pizzas then that team is too large. The reasoning is quite straight forward and basic. More people means more communication, more bureaucracy, more chaos, and more of pretty much everything that slows things down, hence why large organizations are oftentimes pegged as being so inefficient. This is how we run our business, and advise you to run yours. That doesn't mean you have to be a small business, but it does mean over a certain size you should consider yourself as an ecosystem of small teams. Consequently, we limit individual team-building workshops to 16 people, but will happily run several sessions if your organization is larger than that!
