Job Brief

We are looking for reliable Virtual Production Associates to support the Operations Team Lead from your home to support production of core services and help ensure that a range of day-to-day operations run in a smooth manner. We use ‘Google Cloud’ to make working from home, or the office, a collaborative and efficient experience. It is expected that initial onboarding and training will happen for 1 to 2 weeks in central London, after which point you should only need to be the central London office every 2 to 3 weeks.

 

A Virtual Production Associate's responsibilities include assisting in the production of key client reports, assisting client program delivery as needed, and ensuring efficient daily operations. A successful Production Associate should be highly organized and have a versatile skill set to support a variety of different business processes with a diverse range of tasks. 

Responsibilities

  • Assisting production according to standard operating guidelines and creating structured reports.

  • Coordinate with Production Manager to prioritize and schedule work orders to meet deadlines.

  • Complete daily assigned tasks to meet production volume, schedule and quality.

  • Assisting ad hoc program delivery and the coach network as needed.

  • Tracking daily operations and reporting or resolving issues.

  • Develop and maintain efficient documentation and filing system (cloud based).

  • Maintaining company databases, and production documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in production of high quality reports and operational execution.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Google Drive and Docs.

  • Proficiency in English - excellent communication and listening skills.

  • Must be detail and solutions-oriented

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Discretion and confidentiality

  • University degree would be considered an advantage
